2. Loan Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. All applications are subject to review, credit checks, and compliance with our internal policies.

3. Upfront Fees

An initiation fee is required upfront before any loan payout is processed. This fee cannot be deducted from the loan amount and must be paid in full prior to disbursement.

4. Repayment Terms

Loan repayment terms will be clearly outlined in your loan agreement. Failure to repay may result in additional charges, legal action, and reporting to credit bureaus.

5. Privacy & Data

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during your application is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cash4u Loans is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We reserve the right to reject applications at our sole discretion.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
